Join MidSouth NAMA on November 2nd to tour the National Center for Natural Products Research facility. The internationally-renowned National Center for Natural Products Research was founded in 1995 to research, develop and commercialize potentially useful natural products. Based at the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy, NCNPR collaborates with academia, government and the pharmaceutical and agrochemical industries to create natural products that can be used to improve human health and agriculture as crops, pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements and agrochemicals.
We will meet in the AgriCenter parking lot closest to Germantown Parkway and depart at 8:30 am. Depending on the number of attendees, we will coordinate a carpool. Once there, we will participate in the facility tour, followed by lunch and a visit with Hunt Marketing.
