The growth of Farmers Markets, CSAs, “Farm-to-Table” restaurants, etc. are all a product of the “locavore” movement. But how does that fit into the agricultural landscape overall? How do they work? How do you effectively manage this new business unit? These are all questions we are hoping to answer at this panel discussion.
