Join us at the Agricenter to celebrate National Ag Day!
For the past few years, Midsouth NAMA has been proud to sponsor the Agricenter’s celebration of National Ag Day. This year the long standing art contest that has engaged local school children will be just one of the features of a very exciting program. Please don’t miss this special event that is designed to celebrate the economic impact of agriculture, innovation in the industry and most importantly, what the Agricenter does to bring this knowledge to the community.
Ag Day Celebration Line up:

Opening remarks by Agricenter President John Butler, followed by Shelby County Mayor Mark Luttrell
The Economic Impact of Agriculture presented by Jai Templeton, TN Department of Ag
Panel discussion on innovation in Ag with special guests – Mark Pryor, CEO, The Seam, Pete Nelson, CEO, AgLaunch, and Barry Knight, Indigo Partners
Student Art contest awards ceremony (newly expanded! Click here for more details)
Exhibition featuring booths from organizations allied with the Ag industry
When: Thursday, March 29; Program 11am – 1pm, Exhibition 1 – 3pm
Where: The Big Red Barn, home to the Agricenter Farmer’s Market, 7777 Walnut Grove Road, Memphis, TN 38120
What: Program with complimentary luncheon, followed by the Exhibition
